See 2.7 million glittering lights this holiday season, at Adventure Park’s spectacular Christmas Festival of Lights, on now until 9 January 2022

It’s Victoria’s largest Christmas Lights event, with more epic light installations, an extended walking trail, new rides and more awesome Christmas activities for its third year running.

This year has an additional 700,000 new lights over a 2km walking trail that will illuminate the night sky in a dazzling glowing wonderland

“We thought last year was big, but the 2021 event is even bigger with 2.7 million lights and some really jaw-dropping feature installations. Said Bree Salmon, Adventure Park Managing Director

“We have new light displays going all the way around the 16 acre lake and we’ve completely transformed our huge undercover pavilion with a lunar lanterns exhibit, filled with zodiac themed animal installations and lanterns, it’s so pretty. Plus there’s two new fun rides that kids will love, more food and drink options like the Schnapps Bar, more children’s activities and live entertainment. She said.

New light installations include a Lunar Lantern Exhibit complete with majestic 20m dragon, lanterns and animals from the zodiac; a Fantasyland with a 12m smoke breathing dragon, an 8m caterpillar and butterflies; a 25m Psychedelic Tunnel; Loch Ness Monster, enormous Angels from heaven, floating Lotus flowers plus so much more.

These add to an already spectacular lights display full of animals, giant toys, enchanted gardens, fairy-tale scenes, winter wonderlands and the popular shimmering sparkle archway, plus loads more jaw-dropping installations where you can snap a beautiful family photo.

“The immersive and three dimensional installations have been so popular so we’ve added loads more of these where you can get inside and underneath for the perfect family photo” Ms Salmon said.

Eight dry rides will be open including a new classic spinning Tea Cups ride, and twilight golf.

New children’s activities include Christmas craft and face painting.  Grown ups can have a cheeky Christmas cocktail and enjoy dinner or a snack from one of several food outlets and vans that will be serving up delicious fare all night.

“We’re very excited to be running such a wonderful event now that Victorian’s are able to get out and about again.  Ms Salmon said.

Last year crowds flocked to see the magical lights, with many nights selling out early.

Adventure Park recommends booking tickets early to avoid missing out.

As per Victorian Government COVID requirements, proof of double vaccination for those 18+ years is required for entry to Adventure Park.
