“For many Australians, this is the most anticipated phone launch of the year and we’ve been kept busy throughout the day helping our customers get hands-on with these new smartphones,” Ms. Brady said.

“For this year’s launch we’re giving customers unrivalled access to live and on-demand entertainment content delivered over Australia’s fastest mobile network and unlimited standard international calls to ten of the most popular countries on selected plans.”

“And, to make owning the new iPhone even more affordable, we also introduced a generous trade-in offer that allows customers to receive a credit of up to $400 when they trade in their iPhone 6.”

Ms. Brady said customers could look forward to an even better web browsing and content streaming experience on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

“The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are the fastest iPhones yet on the Telstra Mobile Network. They are capable of typical download speeds up to 50 per cent faster than the previous iPhone model.”
