Grazeland, Spotswood, transformed into a vibrant celebration of culture, flavour, and entertainment last week, as multicultural champions, sports stars, celebrity chefs, musicians, television personalities, and community leaders gathered for an exclusive preview of Cultural Diversity Week 2025.

The event set the stage for Victoria’s largest annual multicultural celebration, bringing together a diverse mix of voices and experiences.

“Cultural Diversity Week is more than just a celebration—it’s an opportunity to embrace diversity, foster connections, and showcase the traditions that make Victoria so unique,” said Victorian Multicultural Commission Chairperson Vivienne Nguyen AM.

Other attendees echoed the significance of the event. Actor and comedian Diana Nguyen shared, “The importance of diversity is about inclusion, about celebration and joy—it’s a necessity to be Australian.” AFLW player Bonnie Toogood added, “We get to taste different foods, smell all the delicious flavours—there’s a bit of culture in every little pocket of Melbourne.”
