The new financing provides for a €225 million senior secured term loan alongside a €40 million multi-currency senior revolving credit facility.
HILDEN, Germany, Dec. 17, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — ASK Chemicals, a leading global supplier of high-performance industrial resins and materials, today announced that it has signed definitive agreements to refinance the company’s existing senior secured credit facilities; consisting of a €190m senior secured term loan facility and a €25m senior secured multi-currency revolving credit facility. The new financing provides for a €225m senior secured term loan facility and a €40m senior secured multi-currency revolving credit facility. Closing of the refinancing is expected to occur mid-January 2023.
