RACV is celebrating the opening of its newly renovated office in Sale and calling on locals to enquire about the RACV Memberline employment opportunities available. These positions are based predominately from home, and applicants must live within an hour’s drive of Sale.

The new operation will officially open its doors in Sale tomorrow and RACV aims to employ 50 Memberline consultants, supported by four managers—all from the local Sale area.

A Recruitment Information Day on Wednesday 8 June will give locals the opportunity to tour the renovated RACV Sale office, learn more about the organisation and speak to RACV representatives about the positions.

While recruitment so far has been strong, RACV Executive General Manager of Membership, Mark Geraghty, said there were still positions open for locals to apply. “RACV has been delighted with the welcome we have received in Sale, and with the quality of applicants that have joined the RACV team over recent months.

“Working with RACV is a rewarding and fulfilling experience, with many of our frontline consultants also moving into other great careers in the organisation over time.

“I’m pleased that we’re able to offer these opportunities. Our goal is to continue to grow our team in Sale and deliver on our promise of delivering for the local community.

“We have also made a $5,000 donation to Sale Neighbourhood House as a small token of appreciation to the community for welcoming RACV,” Mr Geraghty said.

RACV’s hybrid, flexible employment model means that new Sale employees will be able to work from home 90 per cent of the time, while a comprehensive full-time paid training program of up to 10 weeks prepares new staff members with all the tools for a rewarding career.

One of RACV’s newest team members in the Sale office, Memberline Consultant, Denise Flens, said she has loved her time in her new role, noting the supportive work environment. “The support I’ve received from my managers and fellow team members has been first class.

“Having the Sale hub here has been fantastic in providing locals in the area with job opportunities. I can’t speak highly enough of the training, and the working environment that RACV has created.

“If you’re thinking about applying, go for it. There’s great support for all staff, and the benefits are fantastic,” Ms Flens said.

In addition to free roadside assistance and 50 per cent off RACV Motor and Home insurance policies, RACV employees enjoy ongoing training and career development, discounts on RACV Resorts and accommodation, sales incentives, vouchers, and campaign prizes.

The recruitment is currently under way.
