Tazmeen from Brisbane crowned Miss India AU International
Brisbane-based model and entrepreneur Tazmeen was crowned Miss India AU International 2019 in Sydney on 24 February, at an event organised by Hindi Gaurav.
Tazmeen, who owns a very successful cafe, is extremely passionate about fashion and film. “Competing at the highest level is not about winning. It’s about preparation, courage, understanding and nurturing your heart. Winning is the result,” says the model who is all set to pursue a career in acting.


Tazmeen was also the runner up at the Miss India Global 2018. “Winning Miss India Australia International has opened lots of opportunities for me. I would like a career in Bollywood,” she says. Tazmeen has also appeared in TV commercials and web series.
Alongside her involvement in the beauty Industry, Tazmeen has supported many non profit organisations through volunteering.
Tazmeen’s message to all young girls and women is to believe in themselves, be confident and work towards their dreams as they do come true.
