Development is still booming in this time of low interest rates and economic stability.”
He believes that people tend to have an opinion on the economy and the “scare mongers” are quick to tell doom and gloom stories, which is not always true. ‘The evidence we at BMPG are witnessing is the Melbourne market is still strong,” said Mr Francis.
