ACE BODY CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
MARIO FONSECA [Micro Business]

ACE Body Corporate Management (Geelong & Surf Coast) specialises in professional management of residential, commercial and industrial owners corporations. The company, under the leadership of its founder Mario Fonseca, manages 70% of the largest multi residential and commercial developments in Geelong which include the Waterfront Apartments, the Promenade, a private hospital, supermarket complexes and mixed development of retail and commercial developments. Their services include expertise on body corporate compliance issues, updated relevant legislation, major property upgrades, dispute resolution and negotiation with stakeholders.

NEELESH MEHTA [Micro Business]

Jaipur Asset Management is a specialist asset management firm established to facilitate investments in India. The firm was founded by a group of financial services professionals with extensive experience in all aspects of the funds management industry in Australia and South East Asia. Collectively, this experience spans 100 years. The business is testimony to not just being a niche and formidable player in the financial world but has also achieved several milestones in the education of the girl child. JAM works with NGOs like the Yatra Foundation to work for children in rural India.

SABRANG PRODUCTIONS
MICHAEL TANDI [Micro Business]

Sabrang is the first TV network to provide entertainment specifically for viewers of Indian descent. The network was launched in 2016 on Facebook and progressed to IPTV platforms thereafter, and currently has a viewership of more than 60,000 viewers a week.

The network helps connect the Australian Indian community to the talents, struggles and accomplishments of their own people, says Sabrang founder Michael Thandi, who incidentally was the first Indian model to walk the runway in Australia. His career gradually progressed, and then he hit it big in 2002, when he landed a part in an Indian movie and thereafter a series, in Canada. Thandi returned to Australia in 2006 and that was when it dawned on him that there was a need for Indian entertainment on TV. Sabrang was the result of that dream.

GLOBAL RETAIL ACADEMY PTY LTD
PRAKASH MENON [Small Business]

Global Retail Academy (GRA) is a global retail education company head-quartered in Melbourne, which provides both innovative and practical learning solutions to retail businesses, professionals and students enabling them to develop their talent.

GRA specialises in blended learning (e-learning and workshop training) targeting the retail sector. The company, says CEO Prakash Menon, is uniquely built around a practitioner model, where content is developed and presented by “highly experienced practiced professionals”. “Talent is considered top priority in retail organisations around the world today and GRA is the answer to that,” says Menon.

GLOTECH PROCESS SOLUTIONS PTY LTD
RISHABH & KRISHAN AGGARWAL [Small Business]

GloTech is a well-established and respected engineering consultancy and project management organisation with customers and ongoing assignments in Australia, China, Thailand, Philippines, New Zealand, Malaysia and India. The company, founded by Krishan Aggarwal in 2014, helps companies improve their manufacturing processes, meet environmental emissions requirements and reduce their energy costs.

Aggarwal has 35 years of engineering and business management experience and has been associated with the printing industry segment for more than a decade. The company currently has six environmental projects under completion in China and every single project is at least 1 million Australian dollars.

WESTERN SPECIALIST CENTRE
DR RAJ KHILLAN [Small Business]

Western Specialist Centre is the only private specialist centre in Victoria providing all specialist services for women’s health and children’s health. It is a new purpose built, child friendly specialist centre, the doctors here being experienced and highly qualified.

The majority of the specialist staff here have public hospital attachments with the Royal Children’s Hospital, Sunshine Hospital and Werribee Mercy Hospital. They have admitting and operating rights in public and private hospitals. Many of the specialists are multi-lingual and provide consultations in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic and Vietnamese.
