Guns N’ Roses will headline the 2026 bp Adelaide Grand Final Sunday Concert, closing the season finale of Australian motorsport on Sunday 29 November in Adelaide.
The appearance follows the band’s extensive 2025 world tour across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, and will see them take the stage as part of the World Tour 2026 at the bp Adelaide Grand Final. The concert will mark the final act of what organisers describe as Australia’s largest domestic motorsport event.
The Sunday night show has become a centrepiece of the event, which blends elite racing with large-scale live music. The bp Adelaide Grand Final has won Supercars Event of the Year for the past four years, with headline concerts playing a central role in its appeal.
Last year’s event drew more than 285,700 fans across the weekend, including more than 102,000 on the Sunday alone, a crowd larger than those recorded at the AFL and NRL Grand Finals.
Premier Peter Malinauskas said the announcement reinforced the event’s standing on the national calendar.
“The bp Adelaide Grand Final has fast become one of the biggest sporting events in Australia and having icons of rock Guns N’ Roses headline the Sunday night will ensure the 2026 event closes on the ultimate high,” he said.
He said the event’s mix of sport and music had become its defining feature.
“This is exactly what the bp Adelaide Grand Final does best, combining elite motorsport with iconic world-class live entertainment to create an unforgettable experience for fans. We’re thrilled to have secured not only a legendary rock band, but also the Supercars decider through to 2034,” Mr Malinauskas said.
He added that the event continued to deliver benefits beyond the circuit. “We’re incredibly proud to continue providing South Australians and visitors alike with iconic racing and entertainment, while driving economic and tourism benefits for the state,” he said.
South Australian Motorsport Concert Manager Brian Gleeson OAM said the Sunday concert had become a moment fans now expect as part of the Grand Final experience.
“Our headline concerts are annually a defining moment of the bp Adelaide Grand Final, providing electrifying entertainment long after the chequered flag,” he said.
“Guns N’ Roses is the perfect act to celebrate everything the bp Adelaide Grand Final delivers to fans – adrenaline, atmosphere and high-octane entertainment.”
