GR Phones is an Australian based company, established in 2013, and today, a leading mobile phones sales and repair service provider in South Australia. “We are not problem spotters but problem solvers,” says Rajesh Patel, founder of GR Group of Companies Pty Ltd.
Rajesh migrated to Australia in 2008, and knew he wanted to start his own business. Being a biomedical engineer, he used to fix healthcare machines. One day when his wife’s phone broke down, and he found that the repair shops in the area were charging too much, he did some research online and fixed the phone. That laid the foundation for the GR Group.
“Our small journey has turned into us establishing ourselves as the go-to mobile phone repair centre,” he says.
