For those wanting to add to their own kitchen skills, there will be a special cooking demonstration from fan-favourite 2017 MasterChef contestant Bryan Zhu, presented by Fairfield Forum. The Three Assyrian Sisters will also demonstrate their culinary skills by preparing a traditional Assyrian meal.

For the junior chefs, there will be quesadilla and bruschetta cooking workshops, presented by St Johns Park Bowling Club.

While visitors enjoy the wide selection of international cuisines, snacks and desserts on offer, they can sit back and take in the dance performances, including flamenco, Bolivian, hula and hip hop, or pick up some moves at one of the dance workshops.

Fairfield City Mayor Frank Carbone said Culinary Carnival will be a street party like no other in Fairfield City.

“I invite everyone to come and experience the flavours, sights and sounds of Culinary Carnival on Saturday 1 June,” Mayor Carbone said.
