Aakash Tolani

Aakash Tolani—Pomeroy Pacific

Pomeroy Pacific is one of Australia’s oldest and most well known project management firms, successfully delivering projects over the past 48 years along the east coast of Australia.

Some of Melbourne’s most iconic projects have been associated with the group. The portfolio includes hotels, apartments, town houses, commercial, retail, industrial, retirement living and more recently land subdivision projects.

Talis Sterns, the COO of the company, bolsters the expertise of the team with his 15 years of construction management and delivery experience from the Crown group, delivering hotel projects and acquisitions well above 100 million in net asset value.

Project Development Manager for land development projects, Aakash Tolani, spearheads the company’s growth in the Indian and South Asian market in urban growth corridors of Melbourne and Sydney.

More recently, the company also has its own investment arm headed by Flynn De Freitas, bringing both equity and debt to projects as well as striking joint venture partnerships for credible projects. Both the Melbourne and Sydney offices offer a unique value to their clients as not only the desired project delivery partners, but also a one stop shop where investment, acquisitions advise and project delivery services can be catered to under one umbrella of a trusted and reputable industry leader.

Dear Reader,

The Indian Sun is an independent organisation committed to community journalism. We have, through the years, been able to reach a wide audience especially with the growth of social media, where we also have a strong presence. With platforms such as YouTube videos, we have been able to engage in different forms of storytelling. However, the past few years, like many media organisations around the world, it has not been an easy path. We have a greater challenge. We believe community journalism is very important for a multicultural country like Australia. We’re not able to do everything, but we aim for some of the most interesting stories and journalism of quality. We call upon readers like you to support us and make any contribution. Do make a DONATION NOW so we can continue with the volume and quality journalism that we are able to practice.

Thank you for your support.

Best wishes,
Team The Indian Sun
