Qoin, Australia’s latest digital currency, has partners with business leaders to launch a free COVID-19 recovery online event for business owners in early June. Qoin Live Online will go to air on 3 June and is free to business owners to attend.
The Qoin Live event will focus on propelling business out of this COVID-19 period with focused strategies combined with embracing the exciting new digital currency space as an alternate to generating new customer bases and conserving cash.
A recent study undertaken by YouGov and QuickBooks Australia found that 63% of small business have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 with over 40% seeing a significant decline in revenues over the past two months. More than 90% of small business owners have serious concerns about their business over the next six months.
Andrew Barker, Chief of Marketing with Qoin Network Australia says, “We wanted to take a direct line approach in assisting business owners with real strategies of HOW to recover their business in the shortest period of time.”
Qoin entered the digital currency space early in 2020 with a unique proposition—to directly support small business. Qoin is already being used in everyday transactions via the Qoin wallet with inbuilt directory. This is generating new customers for its over 2,500 strong business community which is now building at 1000+ new merchants monthly. “With a zero cost of entry and zero transaction costs for merchants, in the current landscape, business owners are looking at diverse ways to get their livelihoods back on track,” says Barker.
