The Leadership Institute’s fifth Authentic Leadership Summit, taking place on 17-20 March, will focus on the core tenets of authentic leadership and how you can employ its principles in the workplace to drive better business outcomes and make the world a better place at the same time.

Dana Lightbody, CEO of The Leadership Institute, the creators of the Authentic Leadership Summit said, “We expect the 2020 Authentic Leadership Summit to be a sell-out summit and our biggest year to date based on recent workplace trends and employee motivations. Employees are now increasingly passionate about discovering their ‘why’ and working out their most important values as a leader, all in the pursuit for true purpose in their workplace and career.”

Authentic leadership has huge benefits for business—it’s been proven to boost organisational performance by 40%. At the Authentic Leadership Summit, over 21 of Australia’s top CEOs and MDs will share personal stories and help guide current leaders to develop their leadership skills through authenticity, openness and trust.

From keynotes and case studies to panel discussions, sessions will focus on discovering your ‘why’, clarifying your values, building organisational trust, creating a culture of high-performance, and how to support, engage and empower people to succeed.

Dear Reader,

The Indian Sun is an independent organisation committed to community journalism. We have, through the years, been able to reach a wide audience especially with the growth of social media, where we also have a strong presence. With platforms such as YouTube videos, we have been able to engage in different forms of storytelling. However, the past few years, like many media organisations around the world, it has not been an easy path. We have a greater challenge. We believe community journalism is very important for a multicultural country like Australia. We’re not able to do everything, but we aim for some of the most interesting stories and journalism of quality. We call upon readers like you to support us and make any contribution. Do make a DONATION NOW so we can continue with the volume and quality journalism that we are able to practice.

Thank you for your support.

Best wishes,
Team The Indian Sun
