You heard it first here, Falls Creek’s very own mascot Pete the Dragon has invited his best friend SpongeBob SquarePants to join him for the School Holidays.

In a Southern Hemisphere first, Nickelodeon has partnered up with Australia’s most family friendly ski resort to bring children of all ages a snow adventure to remember.

“Families are at the heart of everything we do and Falls Creek is delighted to be partnering with Nickelodeon to lead the way with this unique on-mountain experience. With the incredible snowfall we’re enjoying this September, this activation provides yet another reason for families to visit these school holidays and we now have even more to look forward to for Winter 2018!” said Falls Creek Ski Lifts, General Manager, Sharon Raguse.

Make sure you head on up here from September 28th and take snow play with your kids to the next level!

Swift through SpongeBob’s ski course, tackle Mr. Krabb’s Freezer Dash obstacle course, let your little ones enjoy Plankton’s Playground, test your aim at Squidward’s Snowball Splash or channel your inner artist and Build a SnowBob together.

Dear Reader,

The Indian Sun is an independent organisation committed to community journalism. We have, through the years, been able to reach a wide audience especially with the growth of social media, where we also have a strong presence. With platforms such as YouTube videos, we have been able to engage in different forms of storytelling. However, the past few years, like many media organisations around the world, it has not been an easy path. We have a greater challenge. We believe community journalism is very important for a multicultural country like Australia. We’re not able to do everything, but we aim for some of the most interesting stories and journalism of quality. We call upon readers like you to support us and make any contribution. Do make a DONATION NOW so we can continue with the volume and quality journalism that we are able to practice.

Thank you for your support.

Best wishes,
Team The Indian Sun
