On Friday, 16 June, Pomeroy Pacific, Australia’s highly sought after property advisory, development and project management firm, hosted the Prince of Udaipur, HRH Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar.

In a bid to strengthen the business relationship between Australia and India,a number of high-profile Australian and Indian dignitaries were also invited. These included the former premier of Victoria—Hon. Ted Baillieu, Ms Rashi Kapoor—President of the Australia India Business Council, former ministerial advisor—Mr Nitin Gupta, and AFL Advisor—Mr Darpan Mittal. A private dinner followed with HRH Prince Lakshyaraj Sing Mewar at the company Chairman Mr Dug Pomeroy’s residence in Toorak.

With a record of delivering projects for the past 47 years, Pomeroy Pacific recognises the importance of Asian, and most recently, Indian investments in the Australia property sector.

Having facilitated foreign investment from off-shore markets, the company looks to offer its clients an investment model where overseas property developers, investors and joint venture partners can have the peace of mind that their projects are being delivered in the most efficient manner locally.

From apartments, town houses, retirement villages to hotels and land-subdivision projects, Pomeroy Pacific has a versatile portfolio, featuring many of Melbourne’s most iconic developments.

Dear Reader,

The Indian Sun is an independent organisation committed to community journalism. We have, through the years, been able to reach a wide audience especially with the growth of social media, where we also have a strong presence. With platforms such as YouTube videos, we have been able to engage in different forms of storytelling. However, the past few years, like many media organisations around the world, it has not been an easy path. We have a greater challenge. We believe community journalism is very important for a multicultural country like Australia. We’re not able to do everything, but we aim for some of the most interesting stories and journalism of quality. We call upon readers like you to support us and make any contribution. Do make a DONATION NOW so we can continue with the volume and quality journalism that we are able to practice.

Thank you for your support.

Best wishes,
