The Brooks Colour Fest Run will return on Sunday, 23 October to add a splash of colour to the banks of the Maribyrnong River as local runners and walkers support two worthy charities.
Runners and walkers will be splashed with colour as they make their way around the 5km circuit, starting from the Moonee Valley Athletics Centre, following the picturesque Maribyrnong River. The family friendly event will also host a Kids (U/15) 400m and 800m dash.
For those looking to clock a personal best, there will be prizes awarded from Brooks Running and Sims Sports. But no matter your ability or if it’s your first fun run, every registered participant will receive a free event t-shirt and a goodie bag.
Register to run or walk, join in the colour throwing fun or relax in the event precinct and fill up at the Rotary sausage sizzle.
Proceeds from the event will support the Yatra Foundation, providing disadvantaged children in India the opportunity to access an education, and the Rotary Club of Essendon North dedicated to servicing the community through local initiatives.
