Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Australia has announced its annual Holi Mahotsav 2015, the festival of harmony and friendship. This year’s special feature is the Interfaith Festival and Concert on Saturday 28 March 2015.
The 13th anniversary celebration of Holi Mahotsav will take place in Darling Harbour on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March 2015 from 11 am to 7 pm.
Festival organisers have invited expressions of interest in sponsorships, stall bookings and cultural performances.
This festival of colours, friendship and harmony was introduced in Sydney by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Australia Bhavan Australia 11 years ago. From the beginning it celebrated the festival at Darling Harbour.
The event is a mixture of culture, spirituality and entertainment. The music and dance performances will start on Saturday morning and will continue till Sunday evening.
Holi Mahotsav is proudly supported by Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, City of Sydney, Community Relations Commission and Incredible India (Government of India Tourist Office).
