Reliance Real Estate from Melbourne’s West recently opened its sixth office in Caroline Springs. With this, Reliance intends to capture growing market in the west and become the number one agency of choice.

At the helm of Reliance Real Estate is Sunil Kumar, a dynamic, inspirational and grounded leader who believes in delivering first class service and expertise and inspires his team to consistently raise the bar in the real estate industry.

With a strong sales and marketing background and close to a decade of experience working in real estate, Kumar says his best decision was launching Reliance Real Estate in 2011. “With seven offices and close to 60 employees, today Reliance Real Estate is a force to reckon with,” says Kumar.

Ravi Gupta and Seemaa Kaur Aiden, both directors at Reliance Real Estate, form Kumar’s core team. Gupta’s exceptional knowledge and understanding of the Wyndham area has come from more than 10 years in the industry. Gupta has worked hard in making Reliance the top names in the area.

Prior to becoming Director at Reliance Caroline Springs, Aiden was responsible for growing the business in a fast-paced competitive environment of the Sanctuary Lakes Area in Point Cook where she was the area manager. “I started my real estate career in 2015. Before that I was in the aviation industry and travelling the world has enabled me to build a strong sense of culture. It has definitely helped me a great deal in sales,” says Aiden, currently ranked in the top 5 agents on Ratemyagent in the average selling price category. Fondly known as Cyclone Kaur for her go-getter attitude, Aiden is the only agent in the Point Cook area to have sold houses worth millions in less than two hours.
