Company opens new office, sports a new logo, and gets real about the West

Reliance Real Estate now has six new reasons to celebrate—a new head office, new look brand, two apps and just launched financing and property development services.

The new state-of-the-art new head office is situated in the Western suburbs hub of Point Cook and includes an all purpose training facility.

“Reliance Property Funds will deftly guide landowners in the right direction as they buy, sell, plan, subdivide and develop their acreage” — Sunil Kumar

Reliance also unveiled a fresh new brand, logo and website on the day. “In keeping with our forward-thinking ethos, we will be the first agency in the state to launch the new app ‘Reliance FIX’,” says CEO/Director Sunil Kumar. “It automates maintenance services for tenants, improving both speed and quality of deliver, cutting down on common property management frustrations for our clients.”

Kumar added that Reliance Real Estate will also be introducing another app called ‘Reliance Phone Application’, which connects tenants and clients to all the local services they need. “Locate anyone from electricians to conveyancers with ease; many will be offering discounts and exclusive specials,” says Kumar.

For the past two years Reliance Real Estate has been directing an in-house financial service ‘Reliance Money’, which has evolved into ‘Funding Force’, the go-to for expert mortgage, loan and financial advice from those who live and breathe property.

“Our head office is the only real estate head office based in Melbourne’s West proving our real commitment to the neighbourhood”

At Reliance Real Estate, the concept of “home” extends beyond selling houses. The company is committed to the wider neighbourhood, which was why Reliance Foundation was established. A portion of every agent’s commission goes towards the Foundation fund. Lead by Agency Manager Stevie Bell, a rotating board of Reliance staff decide which grassroots community projects to distribute $2,000 to each month. In just the first year of the Foundation’s existence they have supplied food and our time to the Baden Powell Breakfast Club ensuring students in Hoppers Crossing and Tarneit are fuelled for learning; partnered with Let’s Feed to cook and provide meals to homeless people in the CBD; and visit the local Red Cross Blood Bank to donate blood and plasma.

“Last, but not least, comes Reliance Property Funds. This new arm of our business will deftly guide landowners in the right direction as they buy, sell, plan, subdivide and develop their acreage,” says Kumar, adding the first project of 200 lots is in Wollahra Rise, Wyndham Vale.

Known throughout the Western suburbs for our honest service and modern approach to property, Reliance Real Estate is the fastest growing network of its kind in Victoria, and the 43rd fastest growing company in Australia on BRW’s current ‘Fast 100’ list. “Our head office is the only real estate head office based in Melbourne’s West proving our real commitment to the neighbourhood,” says Kumar, who adds that the company was also nominated for the most recent Australasian Real Estate Results Awards ‘Victorian Agent of the Year’ (Taney Jain) and ‘Support Star of the Year’ (Rajandeep Kaur).

And now after several years in the running, Reliance Real Estate is set for another milestone—a nomination for another Wyndham City Council Business Award.
