Fashion maven Prassanna Pathmanathan in Melbourne to train models

Exciting news for aspiring models and professionals in the fashion industry as style guru Prassanna Pathmanathan comes to Melbourne in late October in association with Brides of Asia to conduct professional workshops.

Prassanna kicked started his career in the fashion world as a journalist almost a decade ago and has introduced numerous fashion celebrities, models and designers into the market.

Not just a journalist but also a fashion columnist, critique, choreographer, producer, designer, stylist, incubator, marketer and pageant trainer/mentor, in 2012 Prassanna won the prestigious Young Creative Entrepreneur of the year Award by The British Council. This opened him a world of opportunities for him to establish his career in London, England and the rest of Europe. Then he received an invitation by world fashion guru Sir Paul Smith to work alongside him in his studio where he was given extensive training on fashion marketing, retailing, fashion show production, styling, choreography, fashion exhibitions and fashion business by some of the key personals in the fashion market.

In 2015, Prassanna was talent hunted by a London fashion scout to produce and choreograph various shows for London Fashion Week where he had the opportunity to choreograph shows for many renowned designers. In 2016, Prassanna was invited by AIESEC—Alexandria, Egypt to conduct seminars and workshops for students in universities and schools on career development and entrepreneurship.

To date Prassanna has successfully trained over 10,000 participants around the world and over 50 nationalities. Through this he also won another very prestigious invitation to meet and greet His Royal Highness Prince of Wales Prince Charles. He is also the National Director for many beauty pageants around the world and has represented at various pageants as a judge, model trainer and choreographer with the privilege of working alongside many crowed title winners including Miss Earth 2014 Winner Miss Jamie Herrell. And he is also first Asian Judge to be on the panel of Judges at the Mr Earth Pageant.
