Gearing up for success: Yogesh Arora

Yogesh Arora has been working with Le Mans Toyota Tottenham since he landed in Australia nine years ago. I joined here as a stock controller and my hard work paid off as I got my first promotion with 10 months. Then there was no looking back,” says Yogesh. As business manager at the Toyota car dealership, Yogesh’s role is to handle finance and insurance.

Setting, breaking records. “At the start, performing the role of a business manager was very challenging for me but soon I found love in this and it became my passion. I broke the Victorian/Tas record of the maximum number of finance policies issued in a month in my sixth month on the job. After six months I broke my own record,” says Yogesh, who didn’t stop there. All through 2011 to 2014, he managed to write the maximum numbers of policies across Victoria and Tasmania. In March, 2015, at the Crown Palladium, in front of more than 1000 distinguished guests , he was honoured as the Toyota Finance “Business Manager of the Year 2014”.

Along with excelling at his full-time job Yogesh managed to complete his CPA degree from CPA Australia in 2010.

Dear Reader,

The Indian Sun is an independent organisation committed to community journalism. We have, through the years, been able to reach a wide audience especially with the growth of social media, where we also have a strong presence. With platforms such as YouTube videos, we have been able to engage in different forms of storytelling. However, the past few years, like many media organisations around the world, it has not been an easy path. We have a greater challenge. We believe community journalism is very important for a multicultural country like Australia. We’re not able to do everything, but we aim for some of the most interesting stories and journalism of quality. We call upon readers like you to support us and make any contribution. Do make a DONATION NOW so we can continue with the volume and quality journalism that we are able to practice.

Thank you for your support.

Best wishes,
Team The Indian Sun
